Breakfast was really nice and the staff was friendly. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, though, which was frustrating.

The beds were comfortable. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The room had climate control. Coffee/tea makers were provided in the room. The hotel's location was ideal for the attractions we wanted to visit. There were nice restaurants in the local area.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good selection at continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
We had to move rooms because the toilet would not flush properly. We then had the toilet in our new room not flush properly. Had to get maintenance to work on it, so we had to use the public facilities on the first floor. When I asked if they had a plumbing issue, the staff wouldn't answer either way. Also in the breakfast room, there was a water leak directly onto the fruit bowl from the ceiling. The first day we were there, the fruit wasn't moved; the second day it was gone.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast area beautiful overlooking Marina. Clean!
There was no shade at the pool, would be nice to have umbrellas at the tables to get out of sun to eat. Some customers took there own umbrella but didn't want anyone else to sit under it. Those little touches mean a lot to customers.
